Common Questions About Party Bus Rentals
Can We Drink Alcohol On The Bus?
Yes, alcohol is permitted on the party bus as long as EVERYONE on the bus is at least 21 years old. If there is even one passenger in the party that is under 21 alcohol is NOT permitted. We take this very serious and we reserve the right to end the trip, immediately and without refund, if this rule is violated
Do You Supply Us With Alcohol?
No. It is strictly BYOB. You are welcome to bring whatever beverages you would like onto the bus.
Can We Smoke On The Bus?
No. Smoking is strictly prohibited on all party buses. Violators will be subject to a fine.
Is Food Allowed On The Party Bus?
Yes. You are welcome to bring any dry food or snacks. However, we do advise against hot food or messy food as the bus moves around during the ride and it can be very difficult to eat. Spilled food or difficulty cleaning may require an additional fee.
Do You Guarantee Entry To Nightclubs and/or Bars?
While we have relationships with many nightclubs and bars throughout St. Louis and St. Charles. These establishments have FINAL SAY on who they let in. Generally speaking, nightclubs and bars have no problem because it’s typically a group celebrating. However, we DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS for any individuals or groups who are refused entry to a club or bar.
For Events Where Minors Are Present, Does There Need To Be A Guardian On Board?
No. For events like Prom where the group consists of all minors, we do require a parent and student signature agreeing to our conditions, which must be given to the driver upon pick up. For weddings, corporate or college events where there is a mix of ages, we provide a Transportation Waiver which must be signed prior to the event NOTE: Whenever minors are present alcohol is prohibited.
What Is The Deposit To Reserve A Party Bus?
We collect a 15 – 20% credit card deposit for each party bus reservation. A valid credit card must be provided at the time of booking in order to reserve the bus for your event. The card remains on file until the completion of the rental in case of cancellation or damages.
What Is An Appropriate Tip For The Driver?
Gratuity can be applied in one of two ways: 1) directly to the driver at the time of pick up or at the end of your trip or 2) Added to the overall total of the trip. A Gratuity of 10% is encouraged for ALL trips, unless a predetermined gratuity has been agreed with your sales agent and included in your total balance.
What Method Of Payments Are Accepted?
St. Louis Party Bus Rental accepts all major credit or debit cards for deposits. The remaining balance is paid to the transport carrier upon delivery by cash, money order or cashier’s check. You can also pay off the remaining balance of your reservation with a debit or credit card, though a 2.5% transaction fee will be added to the total remaining balance due at time of service. We DO NOT accept personal checks.
